Is this an official JoyaGoo website?

What happens when an item reaches the JoyaGoo warehouse?
JoyaGoo’s public guidance says it performs a QC process, checks for visible defects and size information, and takes product photos. Review the photos as evidence of the received item, not as a guarantee of quality or authenticity.
How long do I have to request a return after QC?
Its published policy states 5 days (120 hours) after the status becomes “QC Completed”. A request is still subject to the seller’s agreement and applicable charges, so submit it promptly if there is a real issue.
Does a QC photo guarantee that an item is perfect?
No. Photos can miss details and may vary with lighting, angle, equipment and screen settings. Compare the selected variant, label, construction and visible condition; request an extra targeted photo when a missing detail changes your decision.
How long can items stay in the warehouse?
JoyaGoo states that items receive 90 days of free storage from the “Stored” status. Its published guidance also describes an optional 30-day extension for 10 CNY. Always check the live terms for current conditions.
Is item storage the same as parcel storage?
No. JoyaGoo distinguishes stored items from a parcel that has already been submitted. Its current guidance says a submitted but unpaid parcel has a separate 30-day free-storage period, so track both deadlines.
What determines the international shipping fee?
According to JoyaGoo’s logistics overview, the fee is based on actual or estimated parcel weight and varies by destination. Parcel dimensions can matter where a route uses volumetric weight. Treat estimates as planning figures until the final calculation.
Do the displayed transit times guarantee delivery?
No. JoyaGoo publishes broad route estimates, but destination, carrier hand-off, customs, holidays, weather and restrictions can affect a specific parcel. Use current tracking and official line information for a live decision.
Where do category, product and search exits go?
They go only to FindSpreadsheet records and category pages. This research site has no checkout or external storefront links.
